Dynamics 365
In 2016, Microsoft merged the features of their Dynamics CRM and Dynamics ERP products.
These products were added to a new product family called Microsoft Dynamics 365. In addition, features of CRM and ERP were broken down into nine different products, and they are now sold individually.

There are six products that make up the Dynamics 365 product family. They are:

Commerce (ERP)
Dynamics 365 Commerce allows you to target and deliver engaging, intuitive digital commerce buying experiences for B2C and B2B customers with AI-driven personalization.
