Dynamic CRM training

Have your staff get trained in Dynamics Customer Relationship Manager (CRM). This one-day class teaches real-world examples of how to utilize CRM to manage your day-to-day customer interactions.

Students will learn how to set up and utilize CRM.  They will enter accounts, contacts, interactions, tracking behaviors, mail campaigns, and more. Understanding how leads get tracked throughout the system and service information can be shared and updated provides a higher level of customer service.

The class also shows the integration between CRM and Office 365. Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to engage with the software immediately to manage their customer interactions.

Microsoft Power BI Training

Turn company data into Analytic reports that can spot trends, compare metrics, and help you keep your finger on the pulse of your organization.

The Power BI course covers Beginner, Intermediate, and a few Advanced features (40% 40%, 20% ratio) in an eight-hour hands-on class.  The class can be delivered in person or virtually using virtual desktops fully loaded with Power BI software and a million record demo database.

Microsoft SharePoint & TEAMS

This hands-on class teaches students how to work together as a team using Microsoft SharePoint and TEAMS.  TEAMS is not what people think it is, and only understanding what it has been designed to open up the ability to collaborate and coordinate efforts at the highest levels.

Students use virtual desktops to learn how to set up and manage team sites.  In addition, they learn about Modern Meetings and the tips and tricks for advanced productivity for both individuals and their organizations.

The class is typically eight hours long and can fit up to 15 people per session.

Azure Cloud Adopt Framework Workshops

Networked environments can get out of control quickly, even in the cloud.

This training is a half training, half doing workshop designed to help Microsoft Azure customers create a landing zone with governance, security, cost accounting, policies, and automation.  The workshop is for companies new to Azure and organizations that have already deployed workloads to Azure but feel they do not have their environment optimized correctly.

The workshop follows Microsoft’s enterprise landing zone template and applies good governance around every Azure service.

After completing the workshop, organizations often find they are saving so much money that the workshop pays for itself in months.
