Workshops

One-on-one meetings with clients where we learn about the accounts problems, strategies, and goals around a particular project.

Workshops

Many Microsoft Partners make the mistake of trying to fit a square peg into a round hole by using a solution that worked for one customer and applying it to a completely different account. Unfortunately, customer issues are like snowflakes in that no two are identical.

The only way to create customized solutions is to fully understand all the issues, considerations, and regulations around deploying Microsoft technology inside an organization. The best way to do this is through customer workshops.

How it Works

Novastratus conducts one-on-one workshops with customers to talk about critical aspects of implementing Microsoft technologies. We typically identify the problems we are trying to solve and determine what success looks like for each client. We then list any considerations that have to be addressed to make the project successful.

Often we come prepared with many questions that will bring up issues that the customer had not yet thought of. The goal is to get everything out into the light of day to ensure all considerations are addressed.
